CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS AND/OR SPONSORS
We are now accepting presentation proposals for TBLI CONFERENCE EUROPE 2010, to be held November 11-12 in London, UK at the Grange St. Paul's Hotel*****.
TBLI CONFERENCE is the largest comprehensive annual global learning and networking event on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Investment in Europe and Asia.
Proposals should be received by August 1st, 2010 to be considered for the preferred Workshop of your first choice. We anticipate an even larger number of submissions as in previous years, so kindly respond as soon as possible.

These are essential minimal requirements for your submission to be taken into serious consideration - and will give us the possibility to immediately upload your entry on our website.
Kindly note that your title and texts can be edited until one week previous to the conference, but we need minimal information for our and your website program.

Presentation Criteria, Rules and Benefits
- Presentations are eligible only if their expertise fits within the ESG and SRI parameters and offers new or interesting, challenging insights;
- Presentation submissions must include name, full contact details, the organization or company represented (if any), and be received via our online submission link;
- Presentations are not to exceed 20 minutes' duration;
- a typical Workshop session includes 3 presentations and 40 minutes Q&A;
in case of very high interest the format may changee to 4 presentations and 20 minutes Q&A;
- Speaker registration is considered final as soon as the (25% discounted) registration fee has been paid and/or Sponsorship fee has been received. In case of Sponsorship, earlier Speaker registration may become part of the Sponsorship Package and fees paid in advance will be refunded;
- Speakers are given free access to the Grand Dinner (Invitation Only) at the Grange St. Paul's Hotel ***** and receive a 50% discount for a colleague to attend the conference, request preferential networking opportunities and be automatically invited to TBLI side-events;
- Speakers must agree to submit a near-final version of their presentation no later than October 1st, 2010, so that Moderators may prepare;
- Speakers are to bring the final version of their presentation to their workshop (preferably on a USB stick) and the final presentation becomes part of the TBLI website presentation database immediately after the conference;
- Presentations which come across as sales pitches or which cater to a restricted political, religious or activist view without room for questioning or discussion will not qualify;
- Registration and payment must be completed as soon as possible after official invitation, but at the very last three (3) weeks in advance of the conference opening date. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the conference program;
- TBLI does not cover travel costs and any other expenses incurred;
- TBLI complies with strict Dutch privacy law regulations and will never disclose contact information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Sponsorship
Premium, Lead and Supporting sponsors are usually given guaranteed speaking slots. Sponsorship Agreements and Speaker slots are not automatically linked: we have Sponsors who value the opportunity to be represented by a Speaker and we very much welcome Speakers not endorsed by a Sponsor who participate on the merit of their ESG expertise, tangible results and/or innovative vision.
If you are unable to sponsor, this does never mean you are not eligible to speak. Conversely, this does not mean that those who sponsor can present whatever they wish. New insights and high quality are and will remain our prime concern.
