Job Description:
Research Institute of Energy and Environment, Ulsan College, Ulsan, South Korea is recruiting candidates for a post-doctoral researcher position in the field of Industrial Ecology, with special focus on the Eco-Industrial Park (EIP), environmentally extended input–output (EEIO) model and carbon footprint analysis.
Our research institute has the expertise to standardize the Korean EIP model on an international level and develop innovative methods for reducing carbon footprints using the EEIO model. We also have established a global network through various international collaborations and research activities.
Our research is expected to have a positive impact on Korea's industrial ecosystem while contributing to global environmental issues. Thus, we are looking for passionate and creative candidates from various disciplines, including Industrial Ecology, Environmental Engineering and Business Management with knowledge and experience in industrial ecology and related fields. Together, we will develop innovative ideas to advance the international standardization of the Korean EIP model and reduce carbon footprints.
